If you are interested in Aussie Rules (AFL) or keen to try your skills with an oval shaped ball then the Thailand Tigers is a great place to start. You’ll also get fit and make lots of new friends.
We train regularly at NIST (New International School of Thailand) and run a domestic competition from February through to August at Patana International School.
One of the key events in our calendar is an invitation based game in front of ex-POW’s at Kanchanaburi over the Anzac Day weekend.
We also run organised tours to other countries such as Bali, China, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam hosting the Asian Football Championships and competing in the Indo-China Cup.
Whether you’re young or old, male or female, thai or expat, we cater to all interests associated with an Aussie Rules Club. Even if you’re not interested in playing we would still love to hear from you. We are always on the look out for officials, trainers, umpires and people who just want to connect with a group of fun loving, like minded, positive individuals.
Our membership is growing and this year looks set to be one of our most exciting years yet. If you’re keen to get out for a run and make the most of your time in Thailand then drop us a line through the contact page of this website.
Membership is a mere 1,000 thb per year which includes a polo shirt, discounts to events, subsidised tours and discounts to sponsors services.
We look forward to seeing you at training or our next social function.
