Full program and Itinerary
A copy of the itinerary, including maps of the venue, hotel and meeting point for the mini-vans, can be found here: 2015_ANZAC_DAY_Itinerary
This years Anzac Day holds extra significance in that it marks the 100th Anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli in 1915. It is a time where we remember those who served and died for our great country in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. It is a huge honour to represent and support our football club on such an historical occasion, and embrace the qualities of courage, mateship and sacrifice that epitomise the spirit of Anzac.
Falling on Saturday enables the opportunity to attend the dawn service at Hellfire Pass and the Commemorative Wreath Laying Service at the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, followed by a great game of Australian Rules Football as the Thailand Tigers take on the Myanmar Fighting Cocks.
Further details of the schedule will follow, but tentatively we have;
